Quiet and Convenient Stay

clean room good pressure quiet area

The room I had was very clean and spacious. The shower had good pressure. the lighting allowed me to keep the under cabinet lights on at night. I also appreciated many quiet seating areas downstairs. I used those areas to work for a few hours.

The night staff was not particularly helpful. The day staff offered better service.

The hotel sits a short ten-minute walk from the city centre. There is also a 24-hour pay-as-you-go car park located right next door. This made accessing nearby shops easy.

The room had a super comfortable bed, contributing to a restful stay. It also had ample storage space. There were also various quiet seating areas in the downstairs lobby, providing spaces to relax or work.

broken air con long wait

the breakfast had a great variety of food. acceptable, i suppose.

the air con didn't work, a real treat. i rang down to reception, and they said they'd send someone up, two hours passed and nobody came. luckily somebody did come with a fan near four hours after i first called. honestly, you'd think they could manage working air conditioning.

the room was spacious, and amenities were nice. the bathroom was clean. breakfast was amazing, i enjoyed the variety and quality of food offered. staff was attentive, always ready to help with any request.

the gym offers enough space, even though it lacks equipment. i did note that the hotel features blackout curtains, a plus for light-sensitive travelers. the bar area is also nice.

The location was convenient, steps away from lovely shops (perfect for our romantic walks). the staff's warmth. i really enjoyed the breakfast. So many tasty options!
