Superb stay!

luxury amenities efficient service clean area very nice meal

The Privilege Room offered LUXURY amenities. A meal in the restaurant, served by Kate, was very nice. The service was really friendly and efficient. I also appreciated how clean the communal areas were (Everything sparkled!).

The breakfast choices were limited.

The reception staff were cute and friendly. Michelle and Suzie even checked the room to ensure it was ready. Our conference porter, James, provided AMAZING service, especially considering there were over 70 people in our group.

mixed experience, issues noted

faulty air conditioning sloping bed

i encountered some issues . the air conditioning in the room didn't seem to work properly, only offering heating. this made the room uncomfortably warm. also, the bed was sloping, which affected the quality of sleep i got. fireworks started late without warning, scaring me.

quick check-in good customer service old fashion equipments room update

Check-in at this hotel was very quick and easy. All information for my stay was provided, and that was very helpful. The customer service was good, and the food was nice and hot.

The gym had old fashion equipments. This was not like the pictures I saw on the website when I booked. I also think the hotel need a little update, the rooms looks a bit old fashion.
