the location was very convenient! it was easy to get to nearby attractions. the staff, especially donna, were friendly and helpful to me. she was very accommodating and kind! the room was clean and modern and i enjoyed that it had plenty of space.

The £50 deposit for breakages felt a bit unnecessary. Surely insurance covers such things

I enjoyed the gym. It has enough equipment for a good workout with several machines. the room had good size towels, which i appreciated after showering. the reception staff were friendly. Aarti and others.

the buffet breakfast had limited options and didn't always taste FRESH :(

Staff were very friendly. The location was great for visiting the Lowry theatre. Tram links were also close. The complimentary drinks in the mini fridge in the room were nice, it.

There were no instructions for the room like how to set the heating. There was no room service for 2 evening because of events.
