a true GEM.

jacuzzi bath great service easy access central location

loft room had A jacuzzi bath and A sauna. A steam room. staff members were friendly and gave great service . location allowed Easy access to local pubs and the Lake for lovely boat trips. the hotel location is very close to the center of town.

i noticed A slight problem with the wardrobe door, as it would not open fully because of the entrance door's damper.

The staff at the front desk helped a lot with quick check-in and out. Very much available all the time for anything we needed. bar staff was very attentitive, and the spa staff seemed professional.

The superior single room included a well-kept en suite. i appreciated the on-site spa. It had a clean pool. the gym had modern equipment , i noticed.

the breakfast was acceptable, it has a buffet.

the spa area was not relaxing at all. children were splashing and shouting in the pool. the steam room was barely warm also.

Fantastic Stay!

delicious breakfast well-equipped gym superb pool convenient parking

The breakfast choices were very good, and everything tasted delicious! I found the gym well-equipped. It made keeping up with my routine easy. The pool area was superb. I loved the jacuzzi. It really added to the relaxing atmosphere. I also easily found parking at the rear, it was very convenient after a day out.

The steam room was not as warm as I had hoped. It needs a slight adjustment.

My room included coffee facilities and a safe. The king size bed felt comfortable. I slept well each night. The jacuzzi bath in the room was a welcome addition.
