The staff was AMAZING and. I ALSO got a room upgrade to a four poster bedroom, a SUPER nice surprise. Free parking was available, made things simple, I appreciated that. The location IS also really good!

The room felt dated, I think it NEEDS a refresh. The noise at night WAS quite distracting. I could hear everything happening in the hallway.

I stayed here and found that the spa was great. It included various steam rooms and saunas. the pool was also really nice. i liked drinking smoothies in the comfy egg-shaped chairs. They were fun! the beautiful facial i had was relaxing. it smelt amazing.

The shower had some issues. The flow would suddenly stop and start. also, the temperature kept changing from hot to cold. i think they should look at fixing that.

Really good Spa Getaway

The spa's infrared sauna was my favorite. I loved the water beds in the quiet area. They were great for a quick nap. The changing rooms near the spa café feature a top power shower.

The toilet cistern ran constantly and it was a little difficult to stop it.
