the room was large with a well-appointed bathroom. i noticed the bath sheets provided were quite generous. the restaurant offered good value, and the staff seemed very effective. the decor throughout the hotel was also very calming, i thought.

i noted that the room lacked tissues, a shower cap, and complimentary bottled water.

I found the staff very helpful. They responded quickly when I needed something. My room featured three windows, all showing amazing views. It felt almost like a suite. The bed was comfortable and clean. I enjoyed an excellent dinner in the restaurant. It was a great experience.

The car park can get busy. It shares space with the hospital next door.

The room was immaculate! the shower was particularly good, it felt so luxurious after a long day. breakfast was also a highlight. The pastries were AMAZING!!!

the heating in the room wasn't working. i had to request a portable heater. also, the tv had no signal for two days. it meant i missed my favorite show!

the air conditioning did not work , however toiletries were supplied. the tv did not work because there was an ongoing repair. both bedside lampshades were broken.
