the room was spacious! it was also very comfy and tidy.
The spa was a letdown. It didn't meet my expectations at all. i also found the room too warm, and i couldn't adjust the thermostat. i had to sleep with the window open. That was not a relaxing experience

the room decor impressed me, and the attention from all the staff ensured everything was perfect. i particularly appreciated the assistance with the rooms and my various requests. the function suite looked fantastic, improved with excellent lighting. top quality facilities included a very comfortable night with a wrap around outdoor terrace.

The staff was great. The leisure facilities are very good. The room was super clean and clean. I found the bath and shower amazing.
The hotel restaurant shares the space with the sports center users, and some guests came to breakfast in gym clothes, still soaked in sweat.

This location has the most amazing staff. I headed downstairs to the bar, which I always enjoy. My room was super clean and smelled great, I loved the bath and shower. Ordering dinner through room service was easy it arrived swiftly, and was delicious.
The hotel was doing some jet washing in the parking lot which restricted parking. My car ended up splattered with dirt from the jet washing. While the hotel apologized, this maintenance disrupted my stay a bit and made parking difficult

the food WAS very nice there.
the pool WAS freezing, AND the sauna was only lukewarm. i learned AFTERWARD that they knew about these issues from the previous day. THEY should have informed us upon arrival SO i could have decided whether to proceed with my stay.
