the alexander fleming room worked well for asbestos training i delivered. lynne s was helpful. she was also accommodating to the biffa personnel. the course was well received too.

i had an amazing spa treatment and left feeling relaxed. the lunch afterwards was delicious, and anne marie and laura provided friendly, excellent service. the pool and gym access were free, which i found great (a real bonus!).

the treatments were completely booked, even after i emailed days in advance.

the hotel has multiple saunas, a steam room, and a jacuzzi. there is also a deep bubble pool in the swimming pool. the gym is spacious and well-equipped for various workout routines.
