the room was spacious, warm, and comfortable. the restaurant provided an amazing dining experience. i found the staff to be excellent.
the hotel room felt quite old. it smelled like an old room. the furniture looked very outdated.

lovely bathfriendly staff
the room had a lovely bath it felt so luxurious. the staff was very friendly they arranged a table for me in the restaurant both nights i thought that was very kind.
the room was clean but it could do with a small update

the staff offered excellent service. i received helpful suggestions alongside printed information about scenic highland routes. the breakfast was quite nice. i appreciated the spacious room offered at a reasonable price.
i found the room a bit old fashioned. the dark wood and drab furnishings did not appeal to me. i noticed chipped or scratched areas on the wood, tiles, and bath panel. the continental selection was somewhat limited in choice and variety.
