really good scottish experience

helpful staffdelicious treatroom type
the staff was friendly and helpful at all times. the hotel is conveniently located near many attractions. we also received a delicious treat by our bedside each night of our stay. i found this touch to be especially thoughtful and cute after a long day.
the accessible room we received initially did not match the room we selected online. we were moved the next day and all was well. it would be better to guarantee the selected room type upon arrival.
Dining

the food and drinks in the lounge were first class. spending time in the wallace lounge with views was a highlight. i savored the food and whisky in a comfortable atmosphere.

engaging staffrelaxing interiorsparking possibilitysloping roof
the staff were genuinely interested in guests. the Wallace room was very comfortable and luxurious. bedrooms are a tad compact but super comfortable and cosy. interiors are beautiful and very relaxing, i loved it.
it would have been helpful if they mentioned the absence of parking in front of the hotel upon arrival. i noticed the room size at reservation, but it was disappointing to find it filled with furniture and a sloping roof were great.

When I arrived. It would have been very helpful to mention there is no hotel parking. I saw an extra charge for sparkling water on the bill, though I didn't understand it.
