The breakfast had a GOOD choice in hot food.

The carpet in the room was VERY far from clean. I saw some dirt and a big bunch of black hair under the table. SUPER uncomfortable high pillows felt very old. The comforter also was not comfortable.

the location was awesome! it was super easy to get around. also, the staff was amazing!!! they were so helpful and friendly, always smiling and ready to assist. it.

The breakfast setup wasn't the best i've seen. we had to ask for teaspoons. The tea facilities were just a hot water flask and a coffee flask. also, the choice was minimal even though they had continental and hot food!!!

I found the room stylish and lovely, especially the beautiful shower room. there were lots of tea and coffee sachets. I found that other hotels give you just a few (which is annoying). the staff were friendly, and the dining area and food were delicious. i have already decided this will be my base whenever i visit again.

The restaurant offered a breakfast with various options. I especially liked the pancakes. (they were just perfect!). the hotel bar serves a wide array of drinks, including signature cocktails and classic beverages. The strawberry daiquiri is highly recommended.

my room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. it also featured a spacious layout with extra comfortable beds and soft pillows for a great night's sleep. the room's temperature could be easily adjusted with an effective climate control system.
