The staff were very nice! i got a complimentary room upgrade. It featured a view of the loch and the hotels. dinner and breakfast were both top quality.

the reception staff provided a warm welcome. my room had amazing views of the waterfront, perfect for a romantic getaway. the hotel bar staff were very knowledgable about local whiskies and taught me a lot. i especially enjoyed the excellent menu at the restaurant, with gourmet food presented beautifully.
the walk into town was a bit long.

the premier room seaview featured exclusive tea and coffee selections. bathroom amenities were also exclusive. the room itself was clean and spacious and provided comfortable accommodations.
