Really good Stay at Refurbished Town House

town house menu touch quality refurbishment

I found the refurbished town house hotel charming. The location allowed easy walks into town. High tea and the spoons menu offered a lovely, unique touch. The refurbishment seemed of high quality.

The breakfast schedule felt slightly rigid, requiring us to adjust our timing.

The room was not quite what i hoped. The television was too low to watch comfortably from the bed. the coffee at breakfast was also a letdown. it had grounds floating in the cup, a pretty amateur mistake i thought. for the price, i expected much better attention to detail. the plastic toilet flush also felt cheap

The room came with afternoon tea and a cocktail and canapé hour in the bar. The canapés were tasty. Our room also included a balcony with a hot tub. I was very grateful.

The afternoon tea included tasting spoons. This offered a UNIQUE cocktail pairing experience. The breakfast omelette, Arnold Bennett, was quite nice.

The towels lacked softness. I prefer more plusH towels.
