just average, a bit disappointing really
crowded poolearly disturbance
the pool was a let down. there were kids lessons and it felt overcrowded. i needed money for the lockers, nobody told me that. housekeeping disturbed us way before checkout, knocking and even trying to open the door. that really annoyed me.

The room was modern.
The breakfast buffet was a mess. The selection was limited, and many items were constantly empty. We had to ask repeatedly for basic things. Much of the food that did appear was cold or tasted off. This was a huge disappointment.

the room was quite satisfactory, including nice toiletries with quality teas and coffees. the breakfast, lunch, and dinner options available on-site were all to a very reasonable standard. the staff presented as very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. i found their requests to be greeted with a smile, definitely pleasant.
i found the shower gel bottle empty when i went to shower. squeezing it yielded only a tiny drop.

The staff didn't tell me about the pool schedule. Kids swimming lessons took over. lockers needed money, a pound i did not know i required. housekeeping knocked early twice before checkout. They wanted to know when i was leaving when i had until 11.

the hotel offers access to several golf courses which is fantastic (i love golf!). the room was spacious and well equipped with everything i needed. free parking was available on site making it convenient for my rental car.
i noticed a slight delay in response when i requested an extra towel, but it was quickly resolved.

The gym had a very spacious area. The pool provided lovely quality throughout. Becky, a helpful staff member, worked at reception. The hotel provided a quiet atmosphere even with many people present!!!
Sadly the bathroom had no shampoo. It only included hand and body wash and conditioner.
