The team members were always friendly with a smile. The breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!). I felt confident that my needs would be catered for. I found the team supportive and attentive to every detail. It's great to see that customer satisfaction is a HUGE priority here.
I found that one of the corridors seemed a bit long, but that's just a minor detail.

the staff was amazing and helpful! i got an upgraded room that suited my needs perfectly. the swimming pool, sauna and steam room were lovely. the jacuzzi could have been warmer, but it was not a big issue.
the bathroom was quite dated, and the shower was awful.

My stay had some disappointing aspects. The room temperature was not comfortable. It was around 18°C during the day and dropped to 17°C at night. I had to request a heater because of this. The restaurant also disappointed me. The food selection was very modest and the dishes were basic.
