quick check-in clean room gorgeous view street noise corridor noise broken air conditioning
Check-in was quick. Staff was available to help. The room was clean. I found excellent facilities. The view from my window of the city WAS gorgeous.
The NOISE from the street was noticeable. The noise from other residents in the corridor woke me up multiple times. The air conditioning did not work. My room was too hot.

elemis products comfy bed blackout curtains
the room had elemis products in the bathroom! the shower was also great, i loved the entrance door to the room and then another door into the bedroom. blackout curtains and a really comfy bed.
the breakfast was very expensive, especially considering the limited options.

the room had a tv, hairdryer, and an iron with an ironing board! a kettle came with tea, coffee, milk, sugar, and cups, and a selection of biscuits. phone charging points and a bedside reading light added convenience.

i found the central location very convenient the hotel has onsite car parking which simplified my arrival. the rooms were clean i noticed the modern decor. the staff presented a professional attitude this.
the single lift in operation meant waiting sometimes.

central stay, a happy guest
huge room clean bathroom parking space
the room was huge, i really liked it! it was clean, especially the bathroom. i appreciated that the tray with the kettle was tucked away in the cupboard. i will definitely book a parking space again next time, it saved me having to find one elsewhere.
the room was too hot and the air conditioning was very noisy! it didn't seem to work properly. there were three people in the room but only two glasses were available. also, the tv area was very dusty

The superior double room featured a two-seater settee and a sizable bathroom. I loved it. the beds were comfortable, offering a great night's sleep. an iron was available. This was really handy!

The hotel is conveniently situated near the city centre. I found it very convenient. it is a one-minute walk to the theatre royal. a tram stop is also located one minute away. This made traveling around easy.

efficient check-in super clean room
check-in was swift and efficient, i noticed many staff members available. my room was super clean and the facilities were great. i was delighted with the gorgeous city view from my window. the location proved awesome since it was near the city centre and some good pubs.
