the spa was definitely amazing, it stands out (i have to say!). the massage was great and the staff were very friendly. laura, siobhan, and dion provided the best treatment i have ever had, i felt so relaxed and at ease.
i did notice the wallpaper was coming off the walls in my room and dust had gathered on many surfaces, surprising.

Parking was quite handy and check-in flowed seamlessly. the bed included a comfy mattress topper. i appreciated the positioning of mirrors and plug sockets near chairs. They were useful for getting ready. the fridge in the room was empty, useful for my own snacks.
I found it quite annoying that the shower gel was only by the bath and not in the shower itself. shampoo was only in the shower, with no conditioner or shower gel accessible nearby. the products were fixed to the wall. This made them difficult to move for convenient use (i prefer flexibility).

The reception team was cute. The location was suitable for my plans with easy access to transport. Breakfast included a perfect selection and it was the best hotel breakfast i have ever had.
The check-in process was very slow. There was a queue of six people and only one staff member at the front desk at 6pm. Surely, more people should be available during this obvious peak time.

the swimming pool was clean and i enjoyed using the leisure facilities. i found the bed comfortable. the downstairs bar area felt classy. I enjoyed spending time there. the room itself was larger than i had anticipated, giving me plenty of space to relax!
i noticed the advertised ev charger was not available upon my arrival, a bit inconvenient.

The staff were wonderfully cute. Arthur and emily stood out! they provided really good service, and nothing seemed too difficult. i was so grateful to charlotte and the chef for accommodating my dietary needs. They prepared a special main course just for me. emily and arthur at reception were so friendly and engaging. Our conversations were good!
The cleanliness could have been better. I found dust under the bed and noticed the carpet needed vacuuming.
