This hotel is Really good! The staff accommodated us and fulfilled every request without ANY trouble. The atmosphere throughout the building promoted relaxation, especially within the very great facilities. My room included White Company toiletries and felt very spacious. I particularly enjoyed the squash courts, gym, weights room, pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room.

My tea and coffee arrived without ANY biscuits, a slight disappointment. I hope this detail is corrected . I EXPECT biscuits with tea and coffee.

The family room was spacious and well-appointed, offering ample space for luggage and relaxation, very important. Air conditioning maintained a comfortable temperature throughout my stay and added comfort. The bed was very comfortable.

The service Was great, every staff member demonstrated attentiveness and a willingness to assist with requests. Elle at reception provided valuable information when I called the hotel and gave perfect service. The team was accommodating and helpful.

The Brasserie had good food when I arrived early evening! My room had hot water. Though the shower pressure was a bit weak. I found more facilities than I expected, and that was a nice surprise.

The bathroom wasn't left totally clean each day.

the grounds are beautiful, and our room overlooked the lake. the bed was large and comfortable, and the white company soaps and shampoo were a nice bonus. the snack lunch on the first day was generous, and the rolls were fresh.

The breakfast room had a strange layout. It was using the bar for cereals and a toast machine, other food was around a corner in a separate area.

the hotel is situated in a quiet area with easy access to major roads. the surrounding area offered scenic walks. there was ample parking space available for all guests, which i appreciated. i'd visit again!!!

The rural setting offered a peaceful 5K run route around the perimeter. Dinner presented excellent value and taste. Attentive service enhanced the dining experience. The spacious room provided a comfortable bed for restful sleep.

Finding the rooms was a little confusing upon arrival because the signage could be clearer from reception

the breakfast was acceptable (i even found something i liked).

The room felt quite outdated. the shower head had a number of blocked nozzles, so the water pressure was weak. it was also annoying that i had to pay extra to hire a robe for the pool. I didn't appreciate that at all.
