the room refurbishment impressed me. the air conditioning unit was a significant improvement over a simple wall fan. breakfast offered a wide range of choices. i found all the staff friendly.
i noticed a slight lack of phone coverage in certain areas of the hotel.

the staff were all friendly and helpful, i found that to be a great positive. the grounds were lovely, awesome for nice walks. air-conditioning worked very well, keeping the room at a comfortable temperature. breakfast was tasty with LOTS of options.
the only minor issue was that the coffee machine was temporarily out of service.

The hotel was generally okay. The pillows in the King Guest Room were surprisingly lumpy, and I did not sleep well. the breakfast buffet seemed to run out of popular items quite quickly. Many guests had to wait for refills leading to some congestion, poor planning.

The super nice team. The bathroom facilities were really clean and modern! the breakfast buffet had a great variety and was constantly restocked. i also found the pool to be a clean and very usable facility. plus, the rooms were soundproof!!!
