The location is convenient for exploring the town center.

The heating was inadequate during a cold spell. Reception informed me that it operates only for limited hours, which I found unacceptable. I was also disturbed by generator noise the next morning. It woke me up early. I found this interruption of sleep to be poor, because it ruined our celebration.

The staff walked me to the bus station after my taxi didn't show. They even carried my luggage! the bathroom was modern and clean, which i appreciated. the bed provided a comfortable night's sleep. room service was good. It was prompt and efficient.

i noticed some areas could use a little refreshing, though it didn't detract significantly from my stay.

Jack at reception was quite helpful.. He knew the hotel's history. The building has beautiful decor. Our room was large and warm. we appreciated the toiletries and soft drinks. On-site parking was available.

The mini bar was a nice touch. on arrival we discovered towels for only one guest were provided. Bathrobes were missing too. I found the bathroom layout not very functional. The toilet was right next to the door.
