slow draining missing luggage stand

The welcome felt a bit off. The person at check-in seemed preoccupied. i stood there for a few minutes before he acknowledged me (a simple greeting would have been nice). also, the shower didn't drain very well. I had to put a towel down to avoid flooding the bathroom. it's a small thing, but noticeable when you're trying to relax after a long day. there was no luggage stand in the room either.

fantastic stay!

amazing food lovely spacious room really good bathroom

i was thrilled with the location and the staff! they were so helpful! the food was AMAZING!!! i really loved the lovely spacious room i had, and the bathroom was really good. the rabbit lamp was a cute touch too!

i found that the room lacked a stand for luggage, which would have been really useful.

the beautiful double room sea view had comfortable beds and a great shower, i was very pleased. the bathroom was recently refurbished and beautifully decorated and super clean, i was impressed.

the hotel offered fabulous estuary views and easy access to the marina, very convenient. the hotel's location provided a tranquil setting, while the nearby walks offered plenty of opportunities for exploration and great photos.

excellent food friendly staff noisy vent bottle bins inflated price

the food was amazing!!! the location provided excellent views. the team was friendly and very professional.

the kitchen vent next to my bedroom window was noisy. staff emptied bottle bins at night under the bedroom window.

The location near the water was convenient. The room was very clean upon arrival. Staff members were friendly and helpful .

The window had limited opening. It got quite hot overnight in the room. I found there was NO luggage stand in the room..

friendly staff huge bathroom complimentary water no lift restricted window no sea view

the staff was very friendly. i had a room with a huge bathroom (it included a bath). complimentary still and sparkling water were available daily.

there was no lift in the hotel. travellers should be aware of this (it could be a problem for some). my room had no sea view and just one window that could be opened slightly.
