a friendly asian man was at reception, and he was very helpful. the hotel staff did help me change my room, great. the hotel were clean and nice overall, so it felt good.
the parking cost twelve pounds each day, and that felt really high. the car park had many empty spaces too. i feel like parking should be free here.

I found the reception staff helpful. Mckenzie was very cute. the room was spacious and clean, i was very happy with it. i appreciated the air conditioning, it helped a lot. i found the parking very convenient.
The sealant work in the bathroom was not great. It was a very minor thing, though.

i found the hotel approximately 10 minutes from the city center. this location allowed for easy access to local attractions and amenities. the surroundings were quiet and well kept.

I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The bar area was quite large. The hotel offers lovely modern rooms. I thought the breakfast was good.
I observed the overall cleanliness was not optimal (I noticed this, especially in the bathroom). The mirror looked crazed. I saw numerous bad marks on the carpet inside the bedroom.

The breakfast selection included fresh fruit and hot items. It was very good. The spa area had a clean swimming pool. I saw friendly front desk staff. I found the Rib restaurant provided really good food.
I did noticed some drinks cost more than I expected and waiting time for dessert was long.

i found that parking cost £12 per day, excessive if you stay longer than a few days.
