the grounds were beautiful and the room was lovely. the breakfast was really good it had lovely bacon. i found the spa and pool were a nice treat before dinner.
air conditioning was not working in my room so i did not sleep well for two nights. i was given an extra fan however it made no difference. the marco pierre restaurant was nice however a bit pricey so it would be helpful to have other options for dining.

the room was a king guest room. the bedroom was a very good size and i slept soundly. everything was super clean.
the absence of an opening window in my room was slightly disappointing as i longed for some fresh air.

the location was peaceful. the restaurant staff were very friendly. a lady on night reception was also nice. breakfast was great value and had a good selection.
the tv in the room didn't work. the air con didn't work so a fan was put in its place. the spa and swimming pool area seemed very dated. the changing rooms were also very shabby.
