The attention to detail throughout the hotel impressed me. The staff's kindness during my engagement weekend created an lovely experience. Drinks were delivered promptly to any location on the grounds which I found good.
The music played throughout the hotel lowered the otherwise high standard slightly. I'd like to see the hotel consider removing music from common areas.

The location is great with beautiful surroundings especially on a sunny day. I enjoyed lovely walks locally near to Bath and Frome. The grounds are very nice offering ample areas to relax and read.

The sweet little outside spa includes two saunas with countryside views. The spa includes a large outdoor hydrotherapy pool near the swimming pool. I saw an indoor hydrotherapy pool which looked very inviting for indulgence and relaxation.

I stayed in a Marvellous Room with luxe art deco decor. The room boasted a huge bed and an amazing wardrobe and was beautiful. The room had a lovely view overlooking the garden area which I appreciated.

We stayed in room 11, a Marvellous Room. It was the nicest room I have ever stayed in. The room had super luxe, art deco decor. A huuuuuge bed was available. The wardrobe was amazing. We had a lovely garden view. The hotel has a sweet little outside spa. I noted two saunas. It is very relaxing and has beautiful countryside views. It's very nice that it's outside. Colin at the front desk was amazing. He is a true asset to the hotel with his kindness and professionalism. The breakfast was good. The grounds are very nice. There are nice areas to chill and read.
The music played everywhere lowers the standard of the hotel somewhat.
