The afternoon tea was a letdown. Staff was slow in serving us. We waited over an hour for a few cakes and sandwiches. The bread seemed stale and the scones were HARD!!! the ladies' changing rooms are too small for such a busy spa. It was annoying to find space to change. It felt cramped and disorganized.

The hotel had beautifully decorated bedrooms. The food was amazing and used locally sourced ingredients. The staff were fantastic, very helpful, and friendly.
I noticed some rubbish and detritus around the gardens. There was a large roll of rubber by the outside pool. I found that the double bed was two beds pushed together and felt very uncomfortable.

The hotel is in a great location and the staff were very friendly.
The lack of clarity around costs was frustrating. I was charged extra for the cooked breakfast, though the additional charge wasn't made very clear. there was too much dust on the top of the wall panels in the bathroom.

the helpful staff assisted immediately upon arrival. my room featured lovely clean spaces with a kind note i cherished. i found the breakfast provided varied choices for every taste. i appreciated the hot tub included and i enjoyed using it whenever i wanted.

I found the interiors and location of this British hotel fantastic. The room was lovely and clean. it had a lounge and television downstairs. Upstairs, I found the bed and bathroom. Kerry and her team were really good in their attention to detail. The staff are lovely and helpful.
The electric car charging shares car park spaces with disabled patrons. This is not ideal. people selfishly park there when they shouldn't.

The lounge offered an excellent dinner option, with the fish and chips being a standout dish. Breakfast service includes a sharing platter of juice, fruit and croissants. It's a great start. I found the food terrific

The room was roomy. The bathroom included dyson hairdryers and dualit kettles. The agility area was great fun. Walks directly from the hotel are excellent.
The service for drinks outside was slow.
