the staff were friendly and helpful, which i appreciated.
The jacuzzi was out of service during my ENTIRE stay, a major disappointment. I assisted a man stuck inside. the overall maintenance seemed subpar.

The location proved satisfactory, positioning the hotel within reasonable distance of key attractions.
The advertised four-star rating seems generous as several aspects require attention. The corridor leading to my room looked and smelled old. I had difficulty finding available parking and this caused stress since I had to move my car early the following morning (I did not want to pay extra for a few hours of parking).

All staff members displayed warm, friendly service upon arrival. My room was upgraded, for which I was very grateful. The hotel spa proved quite relaxing.

The hotel location offered convenient access to the beach, merely seven minutes on foot. This proximity proved especially suitable for those travelling with young children. Nearby shops are a short walk away..

The restaurant played soft, covered music in the background. I liked trying to guess the songs. Breakfast choices included both continental options and a full English breakfast. The hotel staff provided the playlist we liked during our meals.

The room was big, bright, and airy offering plenty of space for luggage. Tea making facilities are available, alongside a hairdryer, safe, and ironing board. The bed and pillows were comfortable and clean.

the staff was very friendly and helpful . the hotel decor looked very modern. i was upgraded to a better room upon arrival. the soft background music playing in the restaurant was lovely, especially the covers of various artists.
i found that the pool area looked somewhat dated and basic compared to the photos online.

the pool included both a jacuzzi and a children's paddling pool, great for families. the spa offered various treatments, one of which was a neck and shoulder massage performed by a masseuse.

the breakfast offered a good range of options, including both cereal and hot food. the sausages were of great quality, and there was plenty of choice for the continental breakfast as well.

the ceiling in the bathroom was peeling. walls in the room had different colours where a hole was covered with paint. the balcony's condition left a lot to be desired.
