Really good Stay

great location comfy beds friendly reception

The reception staff was friendly. The location is great for accessing amenities. The hotel provided a reasonably priced car park, which i found very convenient. My room was modern and included comfy beds.

The quantity of tea and coffee making provisions in the room was a little limited.

The breakfast offered a decent selection. I noticed, however, that the orange juice tasted peculiar, and some hot food items were barely warm. The coffee machine experienced some malfunctions during breakfast service.

Ajay at the reception was particularly helpful. He was approachable and were really nice too assist guests, demonstrating great commitment. Olivia, also at the front desk, made a significant positive impact with her helpfulness and consistently cheerful demeanor.

good staff nice spa extra deposit unfriendly reception

The hotel is near the town centre and a short walk to the beach. The staff were good and friendly. The pool and spa looked very nice.

The hotel did not inform me in advance about the deposit for parking, etc. I told them I did not have a car but it was still charged due to company policy. I now must wait several days for the funds to be credited back to my account. Reception was professional but unfriendly.

great location nice decor unwelcome companions impromptu spectacle

The location was great! it was just a few minutes walk to the beach and other amenities. overall the room was good. The decor of the hotel in general was very nice.

i figured i should review my recent escapade at the hotel. i had a balcony view of an impromptu spectacle. remnants of this event became my unwelcome balcony companions for the duration of my stay

spacious room comfortable bed easy access soft pillow deposit request invoice error

the room was quite spacious. the king size bed was comfortable, and i enjoyed the coffee table it had. i was really happy all central amenities were easily accessible.

the pillows were too soft. i found out the receptionist wanted to take a deposit. i got my final invoice this morning and it said i spent money at the sky bar which i never visited.

Great Hotel Experience!

beautiful decor comfortable room varied breakfast inclusive spa

I found the decor beautiful throughout the hotel. The room was comfortable and very well-appointed. Breakfast offered a delicious varied selection each morning. The spa was inclusive with all the facilities I needed.

The bar area could have been cleaner. I noticed some dirty glasses on the tables.

The front desk staff were polite and helpful with directions. Restaurant staff were attentive and checked on me frequently. They ensured I had everything I needed.
