The room was spacious and clean. The free parking was convenient. Breakfast offered a varied and plentiful selection. The bar staff provided excellent service . I found them friendly.
The room lacked central heating but a Dyson heater provided sufficient warmth I thought. The absence of central heating seemed unusual for a hotel of this standard though. I found this a bit inconvenient.

The staff at reception were friendly and efficient at check-in. Staff were helpful when I requested extra towels for my room. The service overall was very prompt.

The restaurant offered excellent quality food for both dinner and breakfast. The breakfast buffet included everything guests could want. The dining area was clean and well kept throughout service hours.

the breakfast had a good choice, though it wasn't very warm.
The welcome was very cold. A receptionist made no effort for us to understand her better. there were stains on the room carpet! i had requested a view of the harbor but i had a parking view. the towels were dirty.

the staff were very helpful! i found a warm welcome upon arrival. the room had ample space. breakfast offered a fresh cooked eggs station upon request, and the range of options seemed satisfactory.

The room included two fans. One dyson, one regular floor fan. there were two chairs and a good amount of hangers in the wardrobe. the bathroom had a large walk-in shower, and everything was super clean.

breakfast had a sufficient layout with a variety of options. dinner was excellent, and the entertainment provided was also quite enjoyable. the english breakfast seemed quite delicious too, a great start to the day.

The hotel is located near the yacht harbor. It has easy access via the a27. plenty of parking spaces are available to visitors. i also noted that portsmouth and chichester are nearby.

the breakfast was good, the bacon varied sometimes. i found the staff friendly, and the facilities were also quite nice. the swimming pool was lovely and there was a nice restaurant too.
i found the whole venue very tired. it needs a refurbishment and its very dated. the carpets on the stairs seemed worn, and the bathroom door looked grubby.

The superior double room had two separate sinks! there was also a rainfall shower. It was lovely. the hotel offered easy free parking and that was a relief.

I was upgraded to a superior double room. it had great views over the marina and the bed was comfortable. the bathroom was spacious with a great shower. the pool temperature was lovely. I enjoyed using the steam room and sauna too.
the hotel rooms are too hot. there is no air conditioning and the windows do not open fully, which prevents a good breeze. the provided fan was not really effective.
