The staff provided a warm welcome. The shuttle service to the airport was very punctual (departing on schedule). The bed provided a comfortable night's rest after a long journey.

The gym access required walking through a busy restaurant. I think a separate hallway might improve the gym experience.

The shuttle bus to the airport was convenient. It cost £5. the rooms were quite nice, i must say, and the staff seemed friendly enough, i felt.

the menus in the restaurant felt sticky and worn. the bathroom was also quite small and lacked space for toiletries, which wasn't ideal.

The receptionist was GREAT. My room was very clean and spacious. The bathroom had everything I needed. I appreciated the late checkout and the available gym.

The fridge in my room was too noisy. The air conditioning stopped working overnight, and it became quite hot. Rooms were not soundproofed very well. I could hear other guests at various times.

the room doors shut very loud it created a constant banging. in the morning it was impossible to rest due to the early departures doors slammed often. the cleaning staff banged the vacuum cleaner against the walls they also spoke too loudly. i could hear every footstep from the neighbors above it was disappointing

The staff was friendly. Check-in was fast , and I received assistance from Prateek at the front desk during late hours. The location is convenient to the airport , , made transportation easy.

The room was battered and in need of maintenance. Some flooring was missing , or coming up. The lighting was also poor.
