a refreshing escape
friendly staffavailable towels
The friendliest staff always offered a cute smile. Someone was always available to assist with luggage. i eagerly anticipated my annual stay. Sometimes i visit twice each year. the sauna and steam areas remained super clean, and plenty of towels and bathrobes were available. the spa staff always ensured sufficient pressure during my treatment, addressing any spots needing extra care.

On a whim, I booked a Sunday night stay including breakfast. My partner and I secured a cosy room called Timothy. The room, situated above the office, offered a quirky charm complete with a comfortable bed! We were told that the spa would be available to us. It was open until 9 pm. We enjoyed a modest, tasty cooked breakfast with a well-stocked buffet the next morning.
a minor issue arose, the sign at the desk notified guests of massage availability the next day but was easily overlooked. The placement could be improved so guests notice this opportunity. This would ensure all guests are aware of available services.

I enjoyed two nights in a cosy room. the bed seemed like a cloud (i slept so well!). the staff were all friendly and nothing was too much trouble. the spa is a short walk from the manor house and has fantastic facilities. It also offered tea, coffee and refreshments.
