Really good Stay and Service

The hotel provided a beautiful venue coupled with excellent customer service from all staff. I particularly appreciated the receptionist who was very kind and were great too ensure the children felt welcome. The hotel offered convenient access to the palace and the surrounding area is very pleasant.
Parking spaces were somewhat limited. I was fortunate to secure a spot despite a late arrival. Securing better parking options would enhance the stay.

Fantastic Riverside Hotel

The staff greeted us in the car park and took our bags to the room. We received a glass of wine upon arrival, a lovely touch. Our room had unique furniture and decor, it. Both dinner and breakfast offered lovely food. The French manager and dark-haired waitress at dinner were especially excellent. I plan to return!
I found the lack of a dedicated communal lounge area a bit disappointing. There were just a few sofas by reception.
