our room had a balcony and a river view, exactly the right size for us. the longe was very peaceful. everywhere was very tidy. the breakfast room was spacious. i felt very well looked after.

The bar was quite small. This impacted the overall experience.

The room was clean and the location was good. I liked being close to everything.

The minibar was empty. i expected more for the price. the gym was tiny and only had a couple of machines. also the breakfast was outrageously expensive. I felt ripped off for the limited selection.

The hotel had excellent views of the river. The location was perfect. I could easily walk to shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist (especially when I needed directions).

The bathroom shower fixture was broken. It wouldn't switch from shower to bath. The television did not offer internet access (a small inconvenience, but worth noting).
