rainfall shower separate sinks pool table small selection watery juice early noise
I REALLY enjoyed the large bathroom in my superior king room. it included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower.. plus, the Malin+Goetz bath amenities smelled divine! the hotel also has a private room with a pool table. ALL guests can use it anytime.
The breakfast buffet did not impress me much. the selection seemed small for a hotel of this caliber, and the juice tasted quite watery. also, i noticed building work near berners street. It caused some noise early in the morning.

maria provided us a great check-in experience. she showed us room options and around the hotel. the room we chose was excellent and large. the staff were all great.
i found inconsistencies regarding rates and conditions. i received different information depending on the receptionist. this lack of clarity was frustrating and unprofessional. i booked as a loyalty member but was disappointed.

furniture placement outdated interior
the size of the room was adequate, especially considering the location.
I found the room's interior to be quite outdated and confusing. It seemed like the furniture placement was odd, and i wanted to rearrange it constantly, annoying. there was only one nightstand.

large size large bathroom superb breakfast convenient location
the room had large size. the bathroom include large space. coffee and breakfast were superb. air conditioning functions well. location proved convenient with regents park, oxford street, many restaurants. shopping opportunities close.
the music from the courtyard continued late at night. it was a bit disruptive during sleep.

chic stay near oxford street
great location fast check-in helpful staff unique decor
the location is great near tottenham court road station. getting around the city was easy from here. check-in was fast and maria upgraded our room. the staff were helpful and ali from the front desk was very kind. the lobby decor had a unique interior
the floor was a bit noisy and i could hear people in the next room. i tried calling the reception three times but nobody answered the phone.

the hotel is just off oxford street making shopping convenient. it is also near tottenham court road station giving easy access to transportation. there are lots of nice bars and restaurants nearby adding to the appeal.

our beautiful room was spacious and roomy providing ample space. the shower had great pressure and the bathroom products were excellent. an extra clothes rail was delivered as we needed more space for our clothes.

the hotel has a bar that offers good cocktails to enjoy. there is also a billiards table available in a very unique room. tea and cake in the lounge area was lovely after a day out.
