stingy minibargrubby stairs

The minibar seemed a bit stingy. It only had bottled water and coke, nothing else. the direction of the taps was odd! You try to turn them off and end up soaking yourself. Very annoying. The stairs felt a bit grubby, and the reception area wasn't very tidy either.

The room was spacious and clean (I stayed in the Mountford Suite). The bathroom was well equipped, and it had a good fragrance. The staff was friendly, addressing all requests promptly. I found the room service to be efficient and the food of high quality.

The minibar prices were a bit high. I would appreciate it if they were more affordable.

The minibar was supposedly complimentary, but it only had water and a coke. Pretty lame. The taps in the bathroom were plumbed backward too. I kept accidentally blasting myself with water when trying to turn them off! It was a real pain. I found the lack of hand towels annoying. Who forgets those?

The building enjoys a very convenient location.

Upon arrival, I found no bellman at the entrance. I carried my luggage to the reception. The reception staff were not properly trained. They hardly greeted guests. I expect more attentiveness at this price point.
