The location was convenient. i found westminster abbey and buckingham palace within easy walking distance. also, the st james tube stop was just a block away. This gave me easy access to the rest of the city.
My room service experience was subpar. i asked the front desk for a can of water. They directed me to the bar. the bar staff seemed confused by my request. They told me to ask the front desk. ultimately, i went to a convenience store to buy water.

The staff was attentive and very helpful. I received complimentary wine each evening in the lobby. The hotel is near many attractions. I easily walked to Westminster Abbey. The room included comfortable, clean beds. I also found tube and bus stops close by.

The location is excellent for walking and tube access. I found the breakfast offered a thorough menu, including very good gluten free options. The quality of the food and service in the hotel restaurant surprised me. I enjoyed the water bottle refill stations on most floors.
The minibar was empty, with only two little chocolates. I was dissapointed to find just canned still water.

The staff at the door were super friendly and held the door open. Johnson showed us to our table, by the window, so it was super light. Jumoke was attentive, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was to our liking.

The hotel is fine. It is a hidden gem in the middle. As you enter, you are struck by the beauty of the lobby. The decor is fine, with the sweeping staircase that leads to the tea room.

The hotel is near st james underground station, it is only two minutes away. buckingham palace, parks and pubs are very close to the hotel. there were free activities each day from 5pm to 6pm for adults. Wine time was offered. kids had crafts or an animal farm.
i asked for ice but i did not get it. the hairdryer did not work with the bathroom outlet. the outlet in the bedroom was stripped, so the dryer would not stay plugged in. the front desk said there were no extension cords available.
