The location was great. There were many bars, restaurants and activities nearby (i really appreciated the variety). The reception staff were excellent. The breakfast was great, and the room was easy to get to Tower Bridge.
I found the rooms very warm. Even with the a/c running, it remained stuffy (i think ventilation was an issue). We couldn't open the windows. The bathroom had lighting , not pleasant.

The location was awesome near the dlr, jubilee and elizabeth line tubes!!! there were many bars and restaurants nearby. i also liked the good toiletries provided. the hotel engineer quickly fixed the tv when i checked in. This was a HUGE relief!
i found the bathroom to be somewhat dated and spotted minor mould stains on the tiles. i thought a proper shower door was needed instead of a curtain for a hotel of this standard. the sliced meats on the breakfast buffet were not covered, which i noticed.

a romantic haven by the quay

I appreciated the spacious room. It felt luxurious. the cleanliness was great (i'm quite particular about this!), every surface sparkled. having brownies and lemonade awaiting us for my partner's birthday was such a sweet touch.

average stay with room issues

uninspiring viewshower temperature
My room faced the back and the view was uninspiring. the shower temperature fluctuated wildly, going from cold to scalding. housekeeping forgot to replenish the coffee supplies one day. the gym was quite small, it only had a few cardio machines. i also found the breakfast buffet repetitive. More variety would improve it.
