The room included cozy bedding.

My initial room was disappointing. The decoration seemed very old-fashioned. The room felt small for two people. It only had a bathtub. The windows offered no view at all. I paid for an upgrade, but this was good.

the staff were very polite and helpful. we had a very well appointed accessible room, it was a lovely experience. the american bar had excellent food and great ambiance, my boyfriend really enjoyed it.

the service was very slow. it took a good 15 minutes just to get served coffee, a long wait. the breakfast service was not precise, there were few options.

the location proved convenient. valet parking made our arrival and departure seamless. the staff demonstrated attentiveness and were always ready to assist with requests i had.

My sleep was disrupted by persistent machinery noise. It sounded like air conditioning units. the noise continued throughout the night. a prompt response from the hotel following my report would have been welcome.
