Wonderful Stay Near South Kensington
balcony view nespresso machine complimentary drinks
I appreciated the upgrade to a great room. It even had a tiny balcony overlooking rooftops (so picturesque!). The room offered excellent toiletries and a Nespresso machine. Complimentary water, apple juice, cola. a small bottle of fresh milk were a lovely touch.
It took a while to get someone's attention when we needed assistance.

decent stay overall
helpful staff convenient location small room limited buffet
i found the hotel to be conveniently located. it was quite near the tube station. the staff was also quite helpful with directions.
the breakfast buffet did lack some variety. i expected more options, especially regarding fruits and cold cuts. the room i was in felt a bit small, i think for a double beautiful.

Romantic Kensington Getaway
safe neighborhood early check-in short walk
The staff provided early check-in and checked on us multiple times to ensure we enjoyed our stay. I found the location very safe with free museums and shopping within walking distance. The South Kensington tube station was also a short walk. It made getting around town easy.

Breakfast at Amparo was delicious. It set a wonderful tone for the day. I especially enjoyed the tea time in the Drawing Room, cozy and good. I recommend trying the club sandwiches. They were perfect for sharing.

the location was very convenient i found it easy to access various attractions the room was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay the cleanliness of the hotel was perfect i appreciated the attention to detail
