The staff were very nice. Nothing was like too much to ask. my room was super clean and the bed was super comfy!!! the elemis products added a luxurious touch after a soothing bath. waking up to the beach each morning.

the hotel's setting provided immediate access to the shore, a convenient feature for beach strolls. nearby, there were several shops and restaurants within a short walking distance, a definite plus. getting around was easy with readily available public transport options close by.

the hotel provided complimentary wi-fi, a great help for staying connected. free parking was available, a great convenience!!! the hotel included a well-equipped gym and offered spa services, i found that to be a great perk.

The television remote DID NOT work. I had to manually change channels on the tv itself. The room service menu was limited. It lacked basic options. I expected more variety. THE noise from nearby rooms disrupted my sleep. I could hear conversations and movement late into the night.

The staff addressed our celebration with a room including a sea view. swan towels and petals were there with a personal note. we tried wonderful cocktails, food and spa treatments. all staff are a credit to this hotel. I will return.
the room's kettle was dirty, and the cups had hair inside. i found this unhygienic. it affected my overall impression.
