The room was clean, and I appreciated the provided towels. The location allowed convenient access to nearby amenities. I liked the quick service at the bar and football on the big tv. A discount for being a gym member proved marvelous.

The room dusting wasn't thorough, and I don't think the carpet had been vacuumed.

stanmore station is nearby. a bus stop sits just outside the hotel making access simple. the train provides a direct jubilee line service into london. the hotel provides a very very comfy and tidy environment.

a cooling vent outside my balcony generated constant noise.

the front desk staff welcomed me and clearly explained the available facilities! my bedroom was super clean and had everything i needed for my short stay! the gastro pub staff were super informative and told me all about the hotel offers!!!

The tv schedule in my room could have been better. Sky tv was advertised, but some channels weren't working properly.
