Acceptable stay with some issues
cute staff comfortable bed unsecured toilet shower design
The staff was nice. Olu and Jack at the ground level were especially cute. The room was clean, and the bed provided good comfort.
The bathroom setup was not ideal. The door to the toilet did not lock, and it left a gap.

fantastic stay near piccadilly circus
safety tips spacious rooms stocked bar
The staff, particularly olu in security, provided useful advice about local attractions and safety tips for navigating the busy area. i appreciated the enormous bar.. it seemed stocked with every imaginable drink. i found the rooms to be very clean and spacious, especially considering the central location.
the photobooth's camera did not print photos, a minor disappointment.

helpful staff modern rooms easy control system alarm siren sad fruit plate hotel evacuation
The staff were helpful. I also found the rooms to be very modern. The control system was easy to use. The location was great. Our check-in process was seamless. Charlotte was efficient.
The alarm siren went off one night. A gentleman said that there was a problem with the alarm system. The alarm siren started blaring again. Another gentleman said we had to evacuate the hotel. They told us that sprinklers had activated in a deposit.

great location helpful staff odd room loud noise
the hotel's location is fantastic. it is super close to major attractions , a real plus for exploring. the staff were amazing. olu and jack at the door were always so friendly and helpful , greeting us with huge smiles.
the room setup was a bit odd , i must say. the sink was kind of in the middle of the room on an island , that felt cramped. also , the street noise was really loud , it was almost impossible to block it out even late at night.
