The location was very convenient to travel to the studios and the town. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was supremely comfy!!!

I found only one staff member at reception upon arrival. This caused a wait even after completing online check-in, inconvenient.

the hotel has a great location for the town centre. major roads are easily accessible from here. the staff at the bar were very friendly and pleasant. it was cosy.

the bed was not very comfortable. i understand you cannot cater for everyones preference. the breakfast food was of poor quality and the coffee was awful. there were no teaspoons to stir sugar either.

the hotel provides convenient parking at a discounted rate nearby. the staff was friendly. the bed was very comfortable and provided a good night's sleep.

i found the windows were not sufficiently glazed. i could hear a lot of traffic noise and i did not sleep well. the pillows were hard.
