Decent Stay. Some Issues Noted
taxi service unhelpful staff
The taxi service was a real letdown. I asked the concierge team to book a taxi well in advance five times, but they never did it. I ended up late to my meetings and had to arrange the taxis myself. This was frustrating! The staff seemed generally unhelpful, except for two very professional receptionists from Vietnam, I thought.

amazing accommodations
large bed quality finish professional staff
the suite was super tidy. it had everything needed for a comfortable stay. the bed was huge and very comfortable. the bathroom was super clean and very well maintained.
i noticed some traces on the walls. the furniture looked a bit worn. there was limited space for clothing for our family.

The food was delicious. a true highlight was the waitress chandana. she was warm, attentive and were really nice too. Her smile and service made all the difference

wonderful amenities and location!
convenient location many choices air conditioning
the location was very convenient, especially being close to transport options! the breakfast had many choices, and i really enjoyed it. The air conditioning worked wonderfully and I was able to open the window, and that was a PLUS.

broken air conditioning unacceptable mattress
The air conditioning did NOT work properly. The room was quite cold, UNCOMFORTABLE. I had to move to another room at 10 PM. The cot's mattress seemed to be just towels and sheets. I slept with my little one in the bed because it was unacceptable.

quick walk clean room
the location is great! it is a quick walk to the tube station. the room was clean with everything needed for a good stay.
the room was cleaned quickly! they just seemed to wipe down surfaces and make the bed.

tube station superior studio luggage assistance
the location is near the tower hill tube station, it's very convenient. the superior studio i stayed in was well-furnished. ayoush and rashmi were very supportive with luggage assistance.
The gym only has basic equipment. It needs updates.

Acceptable location, disappointing room service
poor cleaning strong odor
The location was very convenient to the tube, so getting around was quite easy.
The room cleaning was not good. Coffee cups and glasses were not replaced with clean ones. Crumbs were left on the table, and one day, the room was not cleaned or made up at all. The body odor of the person cleaning the room was quite strong. I had to open the window to air out the room.
