The check in process was smooth! the staff was wonderfully attentive. i received sparkling wine and a detailed explanation of the hotel as i was escorted to the elevator. the bedding was amazing, a welcome feature after a long journey. I especially liked the quality pillows.
i observed that housekeeping services could be more consistent. Bottled water and other amenities were not always replenished daily, which sometimes proved inconvenient

The room was spacious and included amenities that added to the comfort. Bathrobes and slippers were provided. i found the room quiet and the bedding very comfortable. I slept soundly . noise levels from outside were minimal.

The king beautiful room was spacious and well-appointed, it included cozy bedding and a luxurious bathtub with a separate shower. The fitness center had new equipment. Breakfast featured amazing service and delicious baked goods, particularly the egg custard tarts. The location is near Westminster Abbey and the St James tube station making travel EASY.
I noticed other guests were offered sparkling wine or water though. I was not given these options.

The fitness center features treadmills, elliptical machines, and weightlifting equipment. Providing guests a range of options for maintaining their fitness regimes , everything was well kept and clean. There is also a spa.

Staff members were generally attentive and helpful. They provided prompt assistance with requests. Front desk employees offered efficient check-in and check-out services. The concierge services assisted with directions and recommendations nearby.

The room has comfortable beds. The subway access located across the road is convenient. The hotel offers excellent service. Breakfast was lovely.
I found the staff to be helpful and kind. My Executive King Room Lounge Access was up to standard with comfortable bedding. The lounge staff were very helpful for my schedule.
There was no warm welcome as a Diamond member. I found that the executive lounge was overcrowded when I visited. It need a new coffee machine to keep up with demand.

The king beautiful room included cozy bedding. A luxurious bathtub plus shower were available. I found a fantastic assortment of fine black teas.
The service used to be great. This stay showed a decline in hotel amenities. The dressing gowns had poor quality.
