The valet parking was efficient, a great convenience. the breakfast buffet had plentiful options. I especially liked the pastries. i found the staff very helpful (always smiling). the room had a sweetie jar, which i thought was a fun touch.

i noticed some street noise during the evening.

The staff were friendly and helpful. I had a smooth check-in experience. Everything was well organized. The location was convenient to major attractions. I found it easy to get around. I really appreciated the complimentary chocolates in the room, a nice touch.

The gym equipment was somewhat outdated, though it was functional. Some machines need replacement.

the location is great. it is a short walk to both the charing cross and embankment stations. jubilee bridge is also nearby, leading to the area across the river. the breakfast buffet included a good variety.

the curtains did not block the light in the morning. i woke up because of that. the bidet drain was not functioning. the dust had not been removed properly.

Check-in was simple. My room was ready upon my arrival at 1 PM. I received a bottle of champagne and some macaroons in the room. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice, so I really enjoyed it.

The spa was a bit smaller than expected.
