The hotel is very close to Tower Hill metro station. The breakfast at Lampery's was good. Staff were professional. Our beautiful family room was generously sized. The room was meticulously prepared each day. THIS was appreciated after long days of sightseeing. We had a guaranteed rest.

The toilet did not flush thoroughly every time. It required multiple attempts to flush.

the location was acceptable being close to tower bridge.

I found the room temperature difficult to regulate, often fluctuating unexpectedly. the shower pressure was also inadequate making it hard to wash thoroughly. furthermore, the in-room coffee selection was limited to instant only. I expect a higher standard.
