I found the room quite comfortable and the bed was nice i liked that the location was close to restaurants. i also used the pool. It was a good size and well kept. overall the experience was satisfactory for me

i had an issue with batteries for the electronic controller for the bathroom blind it didn't work when i arrived. it took multiple reports to get someone to try and fix it but nobody found the charging lead

the double room i stayed in included a modern design with high-tech features like the bathroom's glass wall that could be switched from clear to opaque. there was air conditioning, a kettle, an iron and ironing board provided for convenience in the room too

The room had a comfy bed. The location was convenient. I found the pool to be quite relaxing after a long day. The hotel offers ample parking spaces.

The reception staff were not very cute upon my arrival. I found some stains on the carpet. the chair in the room needed cleaning. The noise at night was disruptive. I believe it was coming from the 24-hour gym.

The room designed for disabled access was very spacious. Its bathroom came well-equipped. I stayed for four nights and found the electric charging station quite convenient. The proximity to the shopping center was a significant advantage for me.

There was a slight background hum in my room, seemingly related to the air conditioning, which I eventually blocked out with earplugs.
