wonderful stay

good parking friendly staff spacious room clean room

i appreciated the good parking available upon arrival. The reception staff greeted me in a friendly manner. My room offered generous space and was also very clean. The hotel provided everything i needed for a comfortable visit.

the bar prices seemed high, particularly the wine costs.

The room was nice. It was very clean and warm. The hotel provided charging points for EV's, BUT there was a separate charge. The wifi worked well.

The gym had limited equipment.

the staff greeted me with a friendly welcome, and check-in was efficient. my room included a very comfortable, large king bed. i used the pool, sauna, and steam room , and i found the facilities to be a good size.

the wifi signal was weak in certain areas of the hotel.

poor breakfast choice unprofessional attitude

the breakfast choice was poor, i have to say. the staff attitude was unprofessional, too. breakfast costs £24 per person and that price definitely isnt worth paying. the mattress in my room sagged, we kept sliding into the center. it was a clean room overall, though.
