good girls' night stay!

cozy robes generous portions relaxing pool

our room included cozy robes and white company products. the food delivered to our room was generous and well-presented! a delicious pudding tray arrived later.

i noticed the rooms were too hot, and that could be uncomfortable. i also heard some people running and screaming in the middle of the night. they were banging on doors, and , made it hard to sleep. i also noticed stains over the sofa.

The swimming pool has a sauna and steam room at the end. there are sun loungers and an outdoor bar near the pool. the gym contains good equipment. I noticed how super clean everything was.

the reception staff were very helpful and friendly? fresh milk is available from a machine. the hotel provided a children's activity book for our daughter, a pleasant surprise. the breakfast service was particularly good.

The room included bathrobes and slippers. That was very useful. the rooms have coffee machines and biscuits. the rooms were spacious and warm. there was also a milk and water station in the room.

the reception area was lovely. i noticed log fires burned there, and it felt cosy. the breakfast area also seemed good. i found very good service staff there.

the air conditioning did not work in my room. i also found that the safe was broken. the hotel offered me a noisy fan.

aMAZing stay!

clean room convenient station white company toiletries

my room was REALLY clean. the water and milk stations on each floor? SUCH A convenient idea! i loved the toiletries from White Company. they smelled divine and THAT'S a PLUS for me.

the main bed HAD a BIG problem. the mattress was broken, IT sagged BADLY. sleeping comfortably was impossible because of the angle. that's the ONLY downside.

separate lounge attentive staff comforting ambiance

The room featured a separate lounge area and bedroom. Staff were consistently helpful and attentive in every part of the hotel. The breakfast included many options and the dining room had a comforting ambiance with a lit open fire.

The bar would not run a tab as my card could not be verified at reception.
