We recently celebrated our wedding at the venue on November 2, 2024. Sian, our wedding coordinator, provided informative support throughout the planning. Constantin were great on the day itself. He ensured every detail was handled with care.
Some music dominated the afternoon and early evening from a party in the room below us. It ended around 9.30pm. This required some patience until it concluded.

pleasant staffbroken tileno help
the staff was pleasant enough when i checked in, so i could drop my bags before my spa appointment.
I found the rooms tired. a tile in the bathroom was actually broken. also, it was a huge walk upstairs from reception to the rooms. No one offered any help with my luggage. this made it hard to manage, especially since i had several bags.

the hotel staff were very attentive to all requests i had i found a good selection of dishes during breakfast and the coffee was freshly made to my taste i found my room easily accessible with a wheelchair and the water was lovely and hot.
i noticed the hotel could use some refreshing in certain areas.
